Bishop State Community College - Bishop State Community College is an admissions-free state community college built in the summer of 1927 in downtown Mobile, Alabama.

Bishop State Community College offers a 2-year associate degree and a number of other diploma programs, higher education and related social and vocational training, with six faculties in education, humanities, natural sciences and mathematics, economics and trades, social sciences, and clinical medicine, as well as four major trainings in staff development, business administration, customer and logistics management, and engineering and construction. A wide range of areas of specialization are offered, including: Criminal Justice, History, Political Science, Psychology, Religion, Sociology, Accounting, Computer Information Technology, Management Supervision, Secretarial, Early Childhood Education, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Funeral Management, Health Information Technology, Nursing, Physical Therapy Assistants, American Sign Language, Art, English, Interpretation, Mass Communication, and Music.
