1. Log in to Notion:
2. Change your education e-mail address (you can skip this step if you are registering a new account with an education e-mail address):
Click Settings, click My account, click Change email, enter the password or email verification code of the original account, and then enter the new educational email address, click Send verification code to get the email verification code.
3. Verification of educational qualifications:
Click Settings, click Explore plan/Upgrade plan, drop down the page, click Get the Education Plan, the verification is complete, Notion Education Plan is opened successfully!
What if there is no upgrade button?
Settings - People, see if you have any other members here, if so, you need to remove them first, and then collaborate by inviting visitors (Guest).
Settings - Billing, see what your current plan is? If it's not free, you need to wait to downgrade the free version before you can upgrade the education version.
4. Notion account backup (optional recommended setting)
After successfully activating the education version with your education email, your personal email is no longer valid, use your personal email to register a new Notion account.
Move all the pages of the educational email account to the same page, in the upper right corner of this page, click Share, enter your personal email address, click Invite, and set the sharing permission of your personal email address to Full access.
You will see one more guest account in your personal email account (as shown in the picture), click on it, and the entire content of your educational email account can be edited in your personal email account as well. Even if the education email is abnormal, you can still access all the content on Notion.

Why am I only showing edu education email certifications here?
