3. B&B Student Privilege: It is an exclusive privilege system created by Meituan B&B for users who have passed the student certification of Meituan B&B platform, and this service is open to students in ordinary colleges and universities between the ages of 18 and 26 years old (inclusive). The expiration date of student certification and exclusive privileges is August 31 of the graduation year.

2. Student First Order Discount: Users who have completed the student certification can receive a 20% off first order cashback coupon, which is only available for the first order of new customers. Cashback can only be claimed if the stay is completed and no refund has occurred, valid for 7 days after evaluation.
Description of activities
1. Completion of the student certification means that the user has fully read, understood and accepted the rules of the Student Privilege Card activities and agreed with the platform.
2. Meituan B&B has the right to record and save the information provided by the user to Meituan B&B during the process of "Student Authentication" service, and verify the user's identity through lawful means (including but not limited to confirming with a third party, etc.).
3. When the user completes the student authentication, he/she will not be able to cancel the student authentication on his/her own initiative, nor can he/she modify the authenticated information.
4. Meituan B&B will review the user's college student status from time to time and perform relevant operations on the user's college student status based on the results of the review (including, but not limited to, status extension, status unbinding, etc.).
5. Meituan B&B reserves the right to reserve only one Meituan B&B student authentication account for a user when it discovers that the user has attempted to authenticate as a student in a different account identified by an ID number or has authenticated as a student with a different ID number.
6. Users should cooperate with the landlord to verify their student status when they move in, for example, by presenting valid certificates such as student ID cards and school registration certification reports. If it is verified that the user's identity is not a student of a general college or university, Meituan B&B or the landlord has the right to cancel the student privileges.
7. Meituan B&B undertakes to use commercially reasonable obligations to adopt security technologies and procedures to safeguard users' information security and ensure the safe and normal operation of the function of "Student Authentication", and the security standards of the said technologies and procedures are not lower than the requirements of the relevant national laws and regulations, so as to prevent the loss of information and safeguard the normal use of the function. However, the platform can be exempted from liability for user losses caused by force majeure.
8. MMT B&B reserves the right to modify the contents of the student privilege activities when necessary and notify the Users by means of public announcements on the Platform. Users can check the modified contents of the privileges on the platform at any time. If users do not agree with the modifications made by the platform, they should immediately stop using the student privilege services provided by the platform. If users continue to use the corresponding privileges, they are deemed to have accepted the modified activity rules.
9. In the course of the activity, if the user has false transactions, malicious arbitrage, cheating, impersonation and other dishonest behavior, Meituan B&B has the right to conduct behavioral interception and account locking, and cancel the user's eligibility for subsequent activities and suspend the privileges already enjoyed. Users can also call the customer service number to make a complaint.
