Terms of Application

• You must be the project leader or regular submitter.
• Your open source project meets the requirements of the open source definition.
• Your open source project may not provide paid sponsorship or receive funding from commercial companies or organizations (NGOs, educational, research or government agencies). You may not provide any paid support, consulting or training services for your open source project or distribute paid versions of your open source software. Contributors who are paid for their participation in the project are not eligible.
• Your open source project is under active development and has been ongoing for at least 3 months.
• The community for your open source project is active.
• You regularly publish updated builds.

License terms

• The license is valid for 1 year and allows free upgrades to all new versions of the relevant software within 1 year.
• License renewals are available upon request if your project remains compliant.
• A license can be installed on any number of computers, but cannot be used on two or more computers at the same time.
• Licenses are only available to core team developers.

License restrictions

• Licenses are available for non-commercial open source development only. To develop a commercial project, please consider purchasing a separate license.
• The use of the software is limited to authorized users and they are not entitled to transfer the software to any third party.
