The Virginia College System (VCCS) oversees 23 networked community colleges in Virginia, which become available to Virginia residents and offer two-year degrees and a variety of specialty trainings and certifications.In 2006, the Virginia Community College System had an annual enrollment of more than 233,000 students.VCCS has also added workforce development services and customized noncredit courses for 170,000 students.

Anyone who asks for a high school transcript or certificate or anything else that isn't a free application for admission should be disregarded. Why?
