What if the authentication method does not list my current cell phone number or alternate email address?
Please contact the Registration and Records Office at 301-846-2431 and they will be able to update your information after verifying your identity. The process of synchronizing these changes to the self-service password reset application can take 30 minutes or more, so please be patient after initiating a change to your cell phone number or email address.
The account is locked:If you are locked out due to too many failed login attempts, wait 15 minutes and then retry.
Password expired:Employee passwords expire every 90 days. Student passwords expire every 180 days.
