Known as Benton Harbor Junior College until 1963, it was renamed Lake Michigan College. Lake Michigan Public Community College is pleased to provide each student with a free (of charge)Microsoft Office is provided . This means access to the latest version of the complete Office productivity suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and more to help you prepare for and succeed in your course. You also have access to Office 365, which allows you to access Microsoft applications online via the Internet. You can use the software for free as long as you are a student at Lake Michigan Public Community College and the program continues. 

Student mailboxes are hosted in office365, use username@mailbox suffix to log in to automatically jump to school unified authentication, enter username and set password to use, there are administrators and desktop version.

All will be received and must use a Lake Michigan College (the College) e-mail account. All college e-mail correspondence should be conducted using college e-mail only, not personal e-mail accounts. University e-mail will be used for University business and should generally not be used for personal matters. What happens when I graduate?

Through your organization's Office 365Subscription will terminate upon graduation. You can join other available consumer or business offers. If your school has Office 365 for Education, be sure to transfer all files from your school's OneDrive to your personal OneDrive before you graduate.

Students enrolled in an eligible school have free access to Office 365 Education Edition. Students can access the Office 365 Education Edition on theUp to 5 PCs or Macs and other mobile devices(including Windows tablets and iPads) on which Office is installed. it also allows students to access other apps, such as Lync and OneDrive.
