Aims Community College - Aims Community College is a two-year public community college, accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education, founded in 1967 in Greeley, Colorado Aims Community College began with its first campus in Greeley, then expanded to a second campus in Fort Lupton in 1967 and a third campus in Aims Loveland in 1987. Ames Community College began with its first campus in Greeley, then expanded to establish a second campus in Fort Lupton in 1984 and a third campus in Aims Loveland in 1987.

How do my students set up a guest portal for themselves?

Students will need to log into the MyAims Student Portal and click on the Student tab.

The Visitor Portal menu box is located in the center column. There are two links in the menu box. Students click on the Setup Instructions link to view the instructions. Setup can usually be completed in 10 to 15 minutes and is very quick.

Once the student has begun setup, visitors will begin receiving emails with further instructions. If you think access has been granted and you can't find the email in your main inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.

What is my username and password?

Your username is your e-mail address. Your initial password is sent via e-mail with the subject " Created Guest Portal Account " and is only activated when the student creates your account. The first time you log in, you will be asked to change your password to one of your choosing.

If you forget to check your username when activating your account, you can check your username by clicking "Forgot Username". After logging in, click "Skip", then click "My Account_Password and Password Policy Related Information". Click "My Data" to check your Aims ID and EDU e-mail address.

Ames Community College EDU mailboxes are hosted on Gmail, Google Drive Unlimited with team disk access.

Ames Community College EDU mailboxes support Microsoft Office 365 desktop installation. It can be verified with a Microsoft Imagine student account, and Microsoft Azure student account activation requires U.S. phone authentication.
